Wild-Harvested Lodgepole Pine Resin
We collect resin by hand from felled Lodgepole Pine timber right here in the West Kootenays. Nothing farmed. Nothing synthetic. Just the same sticky pitch that's been sealing and protecting in these mountains for centuries.
This resin is the backbone of Summit Seal. It bonds with the beeswax and lanolin to create a waterproof barrier that flexes with the leather instead of cracking off.
Small-Batch. Hand-Poured. No Filler.
Every tin of Summit Seal is melted and poured by hand. The formula is simple because it doesn't need to be complicated:
- Beeswax — Seals and waterproofs
- Lanolin — Deep conditions and softens
- Pure Neatsfoot Oil — Penetrates and preserves
- Lodgepole Pine Resin — Bonds, flexes, and protects
No petroleum. No silicone. No cheap shortcuts.
